Austin Babyproofing is a full service babyproofing company serving the Austin area for over 20 years. We are the only local, mom-owned babyproofer certified by the International Association for Child Safety (IAFCS).
Alyssa Villalon M.A., Owner
About Alyssa
Alyssa Villalon is the new owner of Austin Babyproofing Company. Prior to being a professional baby proofer, she has had careers in both education and counseling. With her husband Mica Villalon they also own Sportball and Teachers2U, both of these local businesses help make the lives of children and their families easier. Alyssa has a double masters degree in counseling from St. Edwards University (Austin, TX), where she specialized in working with children and their families.
“Babyproofing was a natural step” for the Villalon Family.
She loves to help parents keep their homes safe by passing along knowledge and educating her clients. The home is a place where little ones should be able to explore their world – safely! Alyssa is a Certified Professional Childproofer by the International Association for Child Safety because her commitment to upholding quality standards.
She’s always on the go, playing sports with her children and volunteering at school. Golfing, kayaking, and running town lake are a few of the ways she is active while not at your house installing the safest baby gate. She has two young children that she loves spending all of her free time with.
